Witney Car Show

[Big 'D']

Hi all

I just got confirmation of a stand for the SIDC at the Witney Car Show, the organiser has stated that there is no limit to the amount of cars we can bring but I am going to cap it at 20 for now and see how it goes.

Entry is free !! But I would like to get some money together as a donation to the Action against Breast cancer charity that the show supports , mabe a show and shine comp' on the day or something (ideas welcome)

I will organise meeting points prior to turning up at the show so we can all arrive together (well try to anyway).

I would be interested in going to this if thats ok?? Would be a good opportunity to meet some of you guys and checking out imprezas is always good

Again for me the only thing would be what time will you meet?? I could take a half day at work depending on the time.

Any news on meeting time & place yet boss ?

Thursday is now set aside for cleaning the Scoob as again its looking decidedly like a fly swat following a couple of day's testing on the 'B' Roads (all at legal speeds & they were closed obviously)) over Salisbury plain this week.

Its a pity the plains so far away as some of the roads I've been using are awsome.

Right then...

Meeting times and locations for Witney Car Show are as follows:

5:30pm meet at Total petrol station on Ducklington Island, just off the A40 at Witney (Map Here)

We will be leaving here at 5:45pm at the absolute latest so with the traffic around Witney amd surrounding areas at this time, make sure you're there in plenty of time.

For anyone Coming from Oxford or traveling up the A34, I will be waiting in the first layby on the A420 (just off the Botley Interchange - Link to Map Here) at 5:00pm to convoy up to Witney through Farmoor/Eynsham. I imagine that the convoy will be arriving at Total in Witney to meet the others at approx 5:35pm.
