Lol.. I got £6 for 925 points!!!! That roughly £300 a month on fuel??? You must be earning some serious bonus points!!!! Must consider shares in Shell and a visa card!!??

I had just over 10,000 points and realised they hadn't sent any for over a year. So a couple of months ago I emailed them and after about a month finally got £40 for 8000 points. Then last week got another £11 sent through for the rest. That's my points decimated so will have to start building them up again. Luckily I can fill up the works vehicles I'm using and get those points too.

Now this is something, I dont think that i've EVER redeemed any vouchers that ive got back from them... yet, I have a tiny amount of points on my account...

I think that they are taking off the points regardless of whether I am using the vouchers or not, if thats the case, ive been had... and I wont be happy...

The vouchers have an expiry, when they expire thats your points lost. I know ive lost a few like just forgetting about the vouchers

I'm sure you can choose whether to have the vouchers sent out or not when you log into your account online

I figured that you dont use the vouchers, then they dont take the points off, thats always what Ive been under the impression thats what happens, but then Ive noticed that I dont have many points now, and to be honest, Ive never used the vouchers that they have sent out, I should have hundereds of points...

I've emailed them, as nothing on that website is clear, they really need to do somehting about it, and certianly, they dont mention anywhere, use it or lose it...

Just waiting for them to get back to me... guess I'll find out soon enough...
