boris b Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Has anyone tried these new flat fusion wiper blades that are fitted to some new cars..? Just been reading about them and they sound good ..
t3hWIT Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 I have Bosch Icon blades on my Impreza, and I would recommend them to anyone. I've got about a year out of the blades before they started to streak, and they're very easy to clean off in winter.
irn_bru Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 I got myself some of these flat thingies from the stealers.Easy to fit and happy with them A bit on the expensive side tho. Colin.

gus the bus Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 (edited) Fusion blades are very popular in Canada. Particularly during the winter months and from what i saw are extremely effective. Welsho, you can get these blades from a few companies on ebay so nae need for Stealer prices ie £13-15 a pair. Edited March 8, 2008 by Gus the Bus

stubaroo Posted May 10, 2008 Posted May 10, 2008 Told you so they are the genuine Aero VU ones which is even better robbing stealers Was needing new wiper blades so after a wee search on here I found this thread, among others. Yet again advice from 'Gus the Bus' has not only saved me money but has directed me to another quality component for the Scoob. Purchased a set of Aero VU wiper blades for £14 delivered from ebay and fitted them today. They look way better than the Bosch efforts that were on the car and even got to test them out in a wee shower this afternoon on the way home and they are very slick.
