dougster Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 (edited) Washed with Auto Glym Shampoo and Conditioner. Clayed with Chemical Guys bar and synthetic quick detail spray. Washed again and coated with CG 50/50 Connoisseur Paste Wax LTD edition. Wheels sealed with CG wheel guard and dressed with CG New Look Trim Gel. Body work will need some machining but this car looks great and goes even better!!! Edited September 17, 2007 by Dougster
johnnyr6 Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 So that's what he was doing instead of fitting a gearbox.. hangover my.. Never mind the lights, what about those chav wheels?? You should tell him to get a proper set.. Johnny
drb5 Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Drivers door is defo a different colour from the rest of the car.

RA Dunk Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 what no teflon? joking lol, looks nice, white ones rock!!
thewelsho Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Looking good mate!!!! Veeeery nice. I must say, I am a fan of spoilers and think a Scoob really ought to have one, but that looks realy cool without, nice one.
jodie typeRA Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 yip seen this bad boy on sat its a very nice car . no wing is the way to go and seeing it in the flesh has made up my mind . very nice job you done there .
thewelsho Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 ... no wing is the way to go ...Steady on old boy, steady on!
colzo Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Looks very clean but not sure about wheels and no rear spoiler. Saw a STI Limited at the dealers today with the A Line rear lip spolier, looks odd.
dougster Posted September 18, 2007 Author Posted September 18, 2007 (edited) Freeekin IDIOTS............ This tub will blow the doors of the lot of you. The driver is aware of imperfections ("Drivers door is defo a different colour from the rest of the car". so is the boot and you painted it!!) and will be attending a barbers shop soon!! Dave (drb5) I can even make your P1 look good. Edited September 18, 2007 by Dougster
colin_ross Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Very nice Stuart. Now only if your mind was as clean.
drb5 Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Damnstraight i painted it...............and i STILL ain't been paid for it! Did he tell you how much of a mess it was too? P1 looks good covered in grime fella, so that isn't needed. I'll have a gander at Stu's when he EVENTUALLY appears and tell you what i think of the stuff.
johnnyr6 Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 who cares if the door is slightly different in colour, i kinda like it like that. As for blowing my doors off, not bloody likely, i'll never get them back... As for how it goes i'm chuffed for him even if the box has to come back out (hopefully not as he deserves a bit of luck by now). That's a lot of effort he's put into it. Mine next..... Johnny
dougster Posted September 18, 2007 Author Posted September 18, 2007 Dave, Johnny, Colin. As a non commercial (aye right) venture, I will happily take a look at the paint on your cars anytime.
drb5 Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 That could have sounded very, very bad Dougster, but some well chosen words at the end there made it all good.
