scooby princess Posted July 2, 2007 Author Posted July 2, 2007 After another 8 hour shift of visiting eds temp WAS steady at 36.2 but as i was about to leave it shot up to 38.3 and his heart rate was a bit fast as well, I was informed by his parents that at 8 pm he was moved to a ward and we will have to wait until tomorrow to see if he is allowed out of the hospital

Not really ben - he is in an overflow ward for A+E in his own isolation room which on the plus side is larger and has its own bathroom but on the down side has NO t.v or radio or internet access like the last one which means he gets very bored - its all bare walls and he starting to get quite depressed. The food doesnt help either as he hasnt had a proper meal since thurday and has had to TELL them he need full fat milk with his breaky not skimmed due to chemio reasons - it is really sole distroying at the mo

scooby princess Posted July 4, 2007 Author Posted July 4, 2007 Just spoken to the hospital - he slept VERY well, so much so he had to be woken for breakfast! his tempature has leveled out so far and if it stays nice and steady today he MIGHT be allowed home tomorrow!!!!! YIPEE
