I guess this club cannot run the way people want without funds to do it and make the right impression, cards and banners etc cannot be made up if the money is not there to do it, a lot of the other clubs charge a nominal membership fee or an advanced members fee which is why they can have the flash stands and splat cards, from what i no this club recieves no funding from SIDC so perhaps we sould all put our hands in our pockets and fund the club properly. So how about some ideas of what people feel is a fair fee..

I am not and will not vote on this poll, what i will say is this club and name was formed by a number of people, from what i recall Arron and Hol was 2 of them, without these 3 there would not be a Kent Scoobies today, perhaps the others should have been consulted before this poll started, also a while back we also had an events organiser within Kent Scoobies, it may be an idea to elect one again, the running of a club needs help from members, thats what makes it a club. as per other no malice intended and not directed at anyone, just a point.

I must admit i cleaned my engine the other week and i used a pressure washer to rinse off, didnt cover anything and she was fine. Enjoyed the wash no doubt. Just be careful not to drench it.

My sons are taking part in the Greenpower interschool electric car race at Bedford Autodrome on the 16th september, Nudge has supplied the frame and we have been finacing the build costs but we been told he has to have a set of 2" 4 point harnesses, does anyone have an old set they want to sell laying around in their sheds or down the back of their sofa's. Looked on ebay but they all going for silly money. Thanks awfully.
