Got 235/45/17 T1r on the Jdm Sti there good and 05 Jdm Sti's were fitted 235/45/17 tyres

Stick the pipe in a cup of hot water makes the pipe more flexible and you should get the plastic pipe out with add of the pliers

have you got long nose pliers or a leatherman to pull the plastic pipe out of the hose so can superglue it back on for a temporary fix

Get the geometry checked to see if the camber or castor is out .Had this on a classic but pulling the other way and booked it in for geometry done and that sorted it

Kenny.S you can stop lathe if any thing happens with the emergency stop or the foot stop .Polishing your wheels like that is stupid and dangerous .

Is the perrin headers equal lenght ie you need to change the sump etc .Do you modify the sump or see if there is a written off 03 Jdm sti or spec c or newer with equal length headers for the sump and other bits you need to fit the perrin headers

Seano i have spherical bearing droplinks and tein ss coilovers with pillow ball top mounts had to get pillow ball top mounts .Tein don't do a kit with out pillow balls for the 05 sti.Did you not ask the person on sn about the tein ss coilovers to see what top mounts you are getting for your Sti

Try single hex socket

Soak the studs the threaded part with Wd40 and if you get the nuts slack work the nut back and forwards till the nuts of and hopfully you won't snap the stud or take the car for a run every thing gets warm then give the nuts a spray with Wd40 the downpipe won't go on fire with doing this Wd40 just gives of white smoke and do the working back and forth of the nut till the nut is of
