What Ian says is the simplest solution... most of that can be had on ebay or here / scabbynet as take offs. Cannot remember if WRX PPP has uprated fuel pump...
You do not need a FMIC until well over 400bhp
Don't think it has the uprated pump as I was advised to fit one to mine. Didn't go that far in the end, just prodrive downpipe (from the sti PPP) off ebay, and a new uppipe while they were at it. Don't know what the power went up to and I managed to get away without a remap for that one, but car definitely felt better.

What area is that? If i dont like the food can i blame you?
It's in the parade of shops just before Rochester bridge (coming from Strood) opposite the petrol station. There will be parking for one car round the back, sorry had started to think on a club meal basis, 10-20 cars, which might be a bit of a squeeze!! Yes also one in Rochester at the end of Watts Avenue (?) but no car park as such. Have been to both, on a er, couple of occasions, but the one near the bridge tips it for me. Just depends which one the best chef is in on the night lol!

Shozna for me too. Parking not brilliant (tho there is a b+q/matalan/argos car park not far away) by any stretch of the imagination but the food is top notch.

Fitted in my car when I got it was a little box with first strike written on it, has a small button on it with sleep and on/off written next to it. When I approach a speed camera I get a nice beeping sound, which after a while becomes very irritating. I have tried pressing the on/off button but that doesn't seem to do anything and I've unplugged the box, but it's still beeping at me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now for the question. It goes off where there used to be a camera so I assumed it was a GPS thing. However it has only recently started going off when I pass SPECS cameras which have been there a good few months, so does it use infra-red (or whatever they use). I haven't downloaded anything to it as I don't know the first thing about it (as is probably obvious lol). Any help gratefully received.

hi mate scoobyworld got good looking backboxes was going to get 3 inch system of them think they call it v2
Also have a word with hayward and scott. They have a range of boxes, tho my favourite has to be a prodrive box with decat centre section (just makes it a little louder, bit more burble, very subtle difference). Tell them what you want and they could probably make it up for you. Think they make boxes for other companies too. (And I got free fitting for centre/backbox when I went up there
)
Also I think they're 2.5 inch as standard? Most power gains are through a downpipe upgrade (decat/sports) with a remap. Most boxes are 2.5 inch so bolt straight on, just the hangers are on a different side between newage and classic, but if you do go up to H+S they could tell you exactly whats been done.

It is quite a common thing, especially on the later classics. Would suggest not going second hand though. SHould be able to find some tuners on here that have them and cheaper than Subaru

Driving on the phone while doing ya make up and useing your lap top oh and giving someone the finger lol Hmmm how many times have i seen that
Slightly off topic, cos this topic is women drivers, and this is both sexes. Quite often see people go past me drinking a cup of coffee/tea in the mornings.
BUT......
Most unbelieveable, bloke driving towards me holding a table, one handed out the window of his car. Needless to say I stopped and gave him PLENTY of room incase he dropped it! And before anyone says anytihng, I don't do drugs and I certainly don't drink drive!!

Nice looking car that.
Have had wheelspin myself, accelerating hard in 2nd the into 3rd in the wet, wasn't a pleasant experience (just glad it was a wide road with nothing else on it lol!). Tyres have now been changed!!!!

Does anybody know a good place who'll refurb wheels? My gold ones are looking decidedly shabby now and the time has come for them to be done up.
Got some other wheels on temporarily which don't look too bad, I don't think, but I do much prefer gold wheels.
Many thanks
Martin
Lepsons are supposed to be pretty good.

Just remembered I had exactly the same thing with mine a year or two back. I hadn't noticed but my g/f commented that it didn't feel the same after I'd had a small bump. Panicking a bit thought a long time about the damage and convinced myself that the damage was nowhere near bad enough to affect the geometry and rang Subaru
Who........very kindly asked if I'd got part worn Bridgestone tyres on as they can tend to tramline a bit when they start to wear. Changed tyres and sorted. I'd suggest this as first course of action.

Little gits. Hopefully the shell hasn't damaged the paintwork. What are you driving around in now, haven't seen you for a while.
Bu**er hadn't thought about the shell, was thinking more about how to get the rest of it off. Still a scoob, but a red one now

Having spent a while cleaning the car at the weekend i set off this morning hoping to see a nice bit of beading on the bonnet as I accelerated. Not so, instead after a few seconds what looked a bit like a snail started sliding it's way up the bonnet, then I realised it was an egg.
So a BIG thank you to whoever pelted the car last night (not that they'll be reading this, but it was intended with just a little bit of irony!!)

I am considering going to Xtreme scoobies to get a new clutch as mine has been slipping in 5th and i an noticing it more and more.
Can anyone recommend a better place? and what else is worth considering getting done at the same time?
Thanks all!
May need a "new" flywheel if your's is a long way gone. They always replace the flywheel but if you's isn't too bad they can send it away for skimming and put a recon one in yours, otherwise you're paying for a "new" one. I'd go in sooner rather than later, may save yourself a few £££'s

They might also have added another SPECS camera at the bottom of pepper hill on the A2 coastbound. Think the limit is still 70 there tho' at the minute. Chance would be a fine thing!!!
