  2. Mine a classic also and im going to be fitting a front mount intercooler, so ill be considering moving my air box and fitting an induction kit down at the original intake point, so u recomend this mod then?
  3. lol still suffering, hope to see you on strip next time john, as you know you could have been in the top 5 the way its running now
  4. Is the std air box not force fed anyway?
  5. more interesting i agree, I have just recently seen and witnesed an induction kit simler to yours being moded to be placed down where the intake duck is on the front bumper, rather than running the pipe work up to the fillter as u you have done, similler effect.
  6. ill defo be on next time jason, providing i can get my car in the 12s so at least ill no be last lol I was surprised there was no sidc stand or attempts to organize one as it was a great day for everyone.
  7. Squirrel thats some contraption of air indution, But would you not be better with just a standart air box with a good fillter as this supports up to 380 bhp ish
  8. The next HOT HATCH SPECTACULAR on the 24th july is going to be televised by SKY, That should bring the best of the best to the drag comp,

  15. Alright daz, sorry to hear the scooby is going, cant i tempt u to keep it with a 300 plus bhp upgrade!
  16. very neat gordon,
  17. Interesting about the 2 runs of each numbers, so that meens there was possibly 600 built
  18. Hi marky i was sure the lamcos were, but very possibly not, Ive seen one other from the 200 run with them, i also fund a page on the web ages a go that said they came with these and 15" white speedline alloys which i still have on my car, its all abit of a mystery and not very easy to get info on them, ive since revisited the web page, jgarage found on on goole serch but its changed and the info i read erlier is no longer there.
  19. Nice car i have to say, if its in good order and a good price its worth a buying, i own one myself an sti version 1, they only built 300 sti cars on the version 1, a run of 100 and a run of 200, both much the same speck, exept the run of 200 had lamco guages in the console for boost, volt and air intake temp, there should be a plaque under the bonnet beside the strut top mount o/s. if it has the original engine its a blue printed engine silver top. ull probally know this info already but if u need any more on the version 1 sti give me a p/m and ill see if i can help, cheers Paddy
  20. looking forward to this one
  21. Trick or Treat? hope all future dealings will be a treat. I might even look out my old eye patch for the full effect hehe.
  22. lol guys, am a available for afterdinner speeches weedings ect heheh,
  23. Chriss, The beer thing was all in good humour, Was speaking to grant about the droplinks, the powerflex ones you got were of an alloy constrution, and the whiteline ones swiggi bought are just as good but the constrution of them is more simpler, ie cheeper to manufacture and half the price at retail, The equivelent whiteline d/links of your powerflex are much the same price. I dont remember any dip in conversation the other day, infact i remember having good chat with you and swiggi about ur car and the hti ect, i also remember the mechanic carry out work on your car and with no charge. I do apprechate your concers and if I/we have failed you in any way in terms of service or sales then its right you should make the involved parties aware, There hope the thread is felling less hostile now, Hope this has cleared it up for you Chriss. Paddy.
