As for the Oil i am running Millers cft fully synthetic,10/60 which is good for 160 degrees c before any break down of the oil starts. I changed it after the last track day when ones oil gauge was reading 130 degrees with the Shell Helix Ultra its threshold is 120 to 130 degrees [] Hence instant oil change[] Millers was recommended by a very good reliable source too[] And i know that i wont have to worry about it so much at Knockers in October [] Craig

We then count the amount in the bag to ensure all the reg numbers are in there. Then the bag is passed round everyone, and in exchange for £2 scottish pounds to Santa Cruise, they get to pick one ticket out of the bag.
