Is it not a fact that in the Highway code the lowest speed is stated at 30 mph? So has the law actually changed he Highway code as well to list 20 in built up zones? Do the 20 zones have to be approved and registered somewhere?

If other forces are using registered/recorded delivery than that's a first to us Pepipoo'ers. Are we talking Grampian? Are we talking initial NIP or subsequent summons/communication? Andy I never over the 8 months of comms i had with the scamera unit recieved a recorded or special delivery letter from them. Mine were all sent this way, and i have yet to recieve a reply[]

Coming along past Loch of Loriston today heading north. 2 lorries heading south and a Police car with lights on poking its nose out trying to get past them, I pulled in to a small lay by and gave them a flash to come on to my side of the road They both gave me the thumbs up and a wee woo woo on the siren for pulling over off the road to let them through[] Hope they are so kind the next time they take it upon themselves to pull me over[]
