Nice one fella you welded that boot back together yet lol had me there The 5th gear thing common for a uk 5th to be fitted for cruising speeds also think so of the type r gearboxes came with a longer 5th gear grieg see ya sunday

still got that box john selling for what i paid arch for it £300 know anyone who might want it iv had a few requests for what ratios the box is but as you know am pish at the gearbox stuff need to find out if it fits a 94 wrx with 4.11 rear diff?

the one for the other side as in closet to the door can you not fit an eye bolt to the lower mount for the seat belt you just need to remove the plastic surrounding it?

Craig when you look at the rear diff you will see 2 plugs one a drain and one a fill im sure think its like a hex in side these undo to drain then use the higher one to fill and im sure you just squezze the diff oil in till it backflows out the higher hole and i think thats full sure someone will write it in english or set me straight Grieg

try rally nuts wensite or kitcar builder even better ebay and ask the seller a question there are a few rally oufits on there selling the very thing hell i may even have them here for you. grieg

JOhn sorry but i don`t think its very safe either the forces involved in even a pretty minor shunt at speed are collosal and every chance it could rip it out it go with another solution my friend not worth it just incase. grieg
