About Scoobychick

  1. Cheers Pete, I've seen Bitz on runs through Nairn and wondered if they were the people to see. I'd better pay my SIDC subs up quick sharp then
  2. Hi all I've recently moved to Moray and am looking for someone to service my 01 bug WRX PPP in the Elgin area and also to tell me what the nasty squeaking noise is from the engine (suspect water pump is on the blink). I used to use a Subaru specialist back in Essex but it's a bit too far to travel now I don't mind a bit of drive out - so as long as they're within an hour or so I'm happy Cheers Sal
  3. Hi Pete, as from July 6th I'll be a Moray resident so hope to get along to a few meets and stuff with you lot, once I've remembered to renew my SIDC membership that is Cheers Sal
  4. Hi Robbie, these things take time Anyway, it's all signed and sealed now, we'll be up on the 7th July, we're renting from the 1st July but will be away at Goodwood for The Festival of Speed on the 2/3/4th and nothing will stop us from going to that, not even anything minor like a house move The trouble is that all my family now want to come and stay, I've already got 'bookings' until October starting with my parents a few days after we move in...! Poor Andy lol!
  5. I've seen a nice blue Scoob parked up on base at Kinloss, I always give it a wave John, I was in Aberdeen on Wednesday, it took ages to get there so I'll try the back roads next time. More fun that way anyway I'm back down south now and really, REALLY missing Scotland already.
  6. I love Lossie, fast jets and amazing beaches, it's all I need We've had enough of the crap life down here in the south east so are heading to Scotland for the peace, quiet, amazing scenery, fresh air, lovely people and whiskey We hope we never have to come back darn sarf.
  7. Thanks for the warm welcome chaps You never know, I may even get around to renewing my SIDC membership eventually I'm looking forward to the slightly cooler climate, it's too hot and stuffy (not to mention smelly) down here. Plus there's no M25. Ah bliss. No more three hour/40 mile journeys home from work
  8. I'll shortly be moving to Lossiemouth and have seen lots of Scoobies in the area, I counted 28 in one day alone My Scoob can't wait to get up on those lovely roads and I'm quite excited too Sal
  9. *Lays VapeSabre down, puts feet up..*
