  1. The nice IT guys where I have been contracting gave me a nice 21in Monitor when I left. Not quite a gold watch, but who cares after 3 Months. (They are upgrading all workstations to Flatscreens...)

The trouble is that it wont fit in my PC Cabinet which has a maximum width of 490mm. At its widest point this one is 502mm.

If anyone has a 19in screen and wants to swap for a bigger unit, let me know.

I already have a 17in Monitor, so not interested in anything that small.

    Edited to say:

This a traditional style monitor, not a flatscreen.

  2. From Yell.com

It says a 4WD rolling road!

  3. Monty,

Unfortunately, the webpages here wont let me open more than one screen at a time, So I cannot answer or send PM's face-icon-small-disgusted.gif

I have just phoned RallyColin and he has some brand-new Genuine Subaru ones (Apparently Subaru dealers never seem to have them so keeps some in stock for engine builds) . He couldn't confirm the exact price, but you are looking at around/under £30 with VAT.

Let me know by 2.30pm tommorrow, as I will be leaving for the journey home and Ill pick up and pay for it.

  4. << Friday night and saturday night is best... There is a burger van there now and there must have been near on 500+ people there last fri. Usually gets good around 10pm when the ol bill do the pub runs..... >>

Is this the one that took over from Maidstone Bridge.

It used to be good (ahem) 'Driving' down there till I moved away, and when I came back 5 years later it was a car park face-icon-small-sad.gif

God!, I miss the days before speed cameras!

  5. I had OBX headers and Uppipe on mine (bought and then sold secondhand for £250) , but it really lost the Burble, so I took them off fitted a H&S uppipe and ported out the standard headers instead.

WeeMan, One of the local Walderslade boys has HKS Headers/H&S Uppipe on his Classic and they seem to have only lost half the burble.

I knew I would be getting a new car this year and wanted to get parts ready for it, so I bought a set of Gruppes Headers and uppipe in the last group buy for £340.00. These are supposed to be a HKS copy and can be had easily for under £400.00 direct from the states.

  6. << And a Happy Christmas to you m8 & everybody else, somehow i don't think Santa is gonna bring me exactly what i wantface-icon-small-frown.gif never mind I'll just have to get them myselfface-icon-small-happy.gif >>

  7. << Q-dog,

It adjusts the torque bias, front & rear.

Starts at 50/50, then you can adjust the torque more towards the rear, i.e. 80/20

    Mark >>

    Almost!

When the control is off and the centre diff is open you have a natural 66/33 R/F Bias.

as you turn the control up you progress in Increments to a 50/50 split with the last click, being a 50/50 fully locked diff, like a landrover (Great for muddy Fields and snow, or Donuts at MacDonalds Cruises. face-icon-small-smile.gif ).

What you should notice is a lot of clunking when turning at low speeds, this is the electric centre diff binding up against the LSD action. (Not the drug type!). Apparently you can lift the handbrake slightly (so the light comes on) and this cuts out the diff.

I wind mine up to halfway in really bad rain and all the way in snow. At these settings ytou can feel more grip in the front.

Next meet we are at Ill come out in the car with you and confirm yours works like mine (which definitely does work).
