As some have said already, if you are concentrating so much on not going over the speed limit then you cannot be watching the road properly, thus having a negative affect on road safety.     Russell it's ok, only the 05 STi has the different offset, the wrx is the same as the pre 05 cars. Marc PS It doesn't need any more tightening

    Dave it is only the STi 7 that doesn't have the bumper cut out. The MY03 STi and your MY05 STi are the same. Not sure if there is anything but I'm sure I have seen some. PS Hope your not going for teh Max Power look
