well 2 things spring to mind................ 1. do you not work in Swindon?..............if so the few miles a day isnt gonna hurt 2. Scoobies are pretty bulletproof so with careful modding and regular servicing then you should be ok I have had mine for nearly 4 years - bear in mind its a 1995 model - and all I have had is the Gearbox ( 250 from Grade A Breakers + 200 for fitting by a friendly garage in Chippenham , Thermostat went and cost me 20 quid for part and Big D fitted it and the Radiator had a stone go through it. Bought it with 64000kms on the clock and now has 185000kms on!
