I don't think i've ever had every angle changed on every wheel even with the whole suspension changed. Thats another reason why i recommend them. They will show you the angles on the screen and ask you what you want changing. In short they wont rip you off like some people do by charging for a "Full alignment set-up" when in reality they may only change one or two angles!
