police wasnt involved, and wasnt reported, never mentioned insurance companies, she ask who i insured with, but i wouldnt tell her, told her to phone me to sort it out, but she never contacted me once. as from witnesses, it was outside ma work, so a few of the guys i work with saw it., the repairs were carried out on the car before they even got in touch with my insurance company. fuzzy

right guys, have a slight problem, i hit another car about a month ago, gave the driver of the other cars ma name address and phone number and asked her to call me to sort it out, problem is, i hit the back of the other car, which puts me to blame automatically, but i didnt admit i was to blame at the time, so after it happen, the other driver has never been in touch with me about it, then today i recieved a letter from my insurance company say there may be a claim against me, phoned them to find out wot was happening, i said i didnt want it goin thru insurance companies as there was only a crack in the rear bumper of the other car, not worth the hassle just for a crack, was then told to phone the other insurance company to arrange that with then, so i phoned them, and to my surprise the repairs have already been carried out on the car, n im now due them over £800. []..... now surely the insurance company cannot go ahead with repairs until the ve at least been in touch with me or my insurance company?, or even until some1 accepts liabilty??????? anyone experts here know about insurance etc, or any advice etc. where do i stand? do i now just have to pay the money, or would i be able to fight against it???? thanks in advance fuzzy

ok guys, the latest on this problem it looks like it was caused by a water leak in the expansion bottle, the water was dripped off the bottom of the expansion bottle onto the the wire part of the coil pack, which was then running down the wires n onto the coil pack, water must of been getting into the coil pack, and with the combined problem of a small hole in the intercooler pipe which connects to the turbo. put a new expansion bottle on to stop the leak, n also temporarly sealed the hole on the intercooler pipe aswell, car is now running alot better, with no hesitation now, boost still a bit slow to come in, but now boosting more like it should be, just need to get the radiator changed now. fuzzy

guys, iv been having a problem for a while with the cars accelaration, when i put the foot down, its seems to hold back a bit, does it alot worse when its cold, a mate said it could be the o2 senor thats causing the problem, been getting worse over the last few days, doesnt do it as much once the cars at normal running temp, it a 1993 wrx import aswell, anybody got any ideas, or would the o2 sensor cause this problem? fuzzy

THE BEST/WORST/FUNNY EXPERIENCE IN YOUR SCOOB
scoobyfuzzy replied to Gumball's topic in Scottish Scoobies
BEST has to be sundays run, first proper run ive been on with the club, really enjoyed it, and drove the car the way it was made to be driven, WORST would be a about a month after i bought the car, was still getting used to it, had a couple of mates in the car, they wanted to see wot it could do, so i put the foot down, came to a smallish rounabout, decided to see how far i could push it round the roundabout, ended up spinnin the car 360 degress and ended up on the verge on the other side of the road, luccky no cars coming in other direction, n no major damage to car, boy i totally sh@t maself thou. FUNNIEST still thinking. lol -
120 miles, 1hr 45/2hr, guess that would be at a very conservative speed. lol hi n welcome fuzzy
