  1. The Prodrive settings are really designed for the Prodrive spring kit, although they may be beneficial with the standard springs too! From the Prodrive spring kit fitting instructions: Give these figures to any garage and they should be able to set it up for you!
  2. Cool, nice one! Have a safe trip over mate! Take it you'll be having a house-warming party in Munich sometime soon
  3. Ahh, I see you two introduced yourselves then Steve, is this a new girlfriend or the same one as last time? You still doing the dive shop? May be after a BCD and reg in the spring!
  4. Good pics Ian, was watching on Sky - looked like a great event! Maybe next year
  5. Very sad news! My condolences to all the family and friends!
  6. Lol, yeah the plates are often the last thing you notice! Glad you liked it Cheers for the pics! I'm not really that close in the very south of Germany - about 6 hours for me - Probably closer for the Southern English Still, a long way for you boys to travel so I feel for ye! Have to say the 245 Dunlops on the 08 gripped extremely well round there, was very impressed with the levels of grip and control they gave. Also very impressed with the Brembo's - 2 laps and no fade
  7. Nice write up Cal and nice to meet you all on the Saturday! Great to finally get some pictures of my car on an SIDC post
  8. Some people might actually like that kind of thing!
  9. 3rd Image down: Check out the flag on the roof!!!
  10. Don't have a problem with Scottish scoobies or anything, I just don't come in here because I'm not Scottish! Seems a bit of moderation of the forum to move the topics of wider interest to the community to the general forums would be appreciated by many non-Scottish members! Don't want to discuss this further but lets try and be one community when it counts
  11. Nice pics... particularly the WRC Girl... er I mean car! Not sure I like the look with the boot open, but looks much better with the boot shut! Overall, I really like it! Just one big off-topic grudge!!! Why is this posted in Scottish Scoobies? Are the rest of the forum users not privileged enough to see these pics?
  12. My first memory of Colin McRae goes back to the 1994 Rally GB - The first appearance of the Subaru Impreza on a UK rally and the first time I had attended a WRC event. The Impreza was a very ordinary looking car compared to the Toyota Celica's and Escort Cosworths that it was competing against, but the way it was being driven through the forrest stages was far from ordinary! I was left in awe every time the blue and yellow wonder flew past me faster and more sideways than anything else and was overjoyed at the end of the rally that it was McRae standing on the top of the podium! I left that rally, a fully converted McRae fan, promising myself one day I would own a Subaru Impreza! No other driver has ever been so inspiring to watch. A thrill on every appearance! I am so greatfull to Colin McRae for all the entertainment he has given me over the years and the inspiration in my life to become both a rally fan and Subaru fan! THANK YOU COLIN McRAE! My thoughts are now with his family and friends at this extremely sad time! Rest in Peace!
