I am arranging a rolling road day at Prosport in Stockport. As it stands no actual date is set until I receive a list of at least 10 cars that will be running on the day. Price is £45 / car and if your'e interested you will need to send me a deposit of £20. Before you send any deposits I will confirm the actual date with Prosport and confirm the numbers going. The last time Prosport carried out a rolling road which is normally on a Saturday they managed to get 30 cars running, can we beat this??? Some of the cash will be donated to a Charity of our Choice. [] Min number of cars is 10. I will begin the list:- 1. Bluebotle (Lee Donnellan) WRX STi 52 Plate 2.

Anyone know of a rolling road session coming up soon, preferably at Prosport in Stockport? My car feels like it's missing some power and I need to determine if it's me or the car has a problem. Cheers Lee

The Cheapest I've seen them is at Game. The only problem with there is they come bundled with games, then again though you need games to play so it's not a bad deal at all. I have just returned from the states where they were priced $250 which is £125!! They are region sensitive and can't play PAL games so I didn't bother, watch out on ebay!!

I think it is worth waiting for the facelift version of the new 08 model in 2010?? They are bound to do it just like all other Scoobies, they bring out a new shape then change it slightly for the better (or worse) due to critisim. Take the Bug Eye, it had huge critisim and they facelifted it to the blob eye version.

Wow looks like a good turn out. I am now desperate to put my car on the rolling road. It doesn't feel as quick anymore, it maybe just because I'm used to it to much.

I find the handsfree quality crap on the tomtom 510, however that may be due to the blackberry connected to it.

Really sorry to hear about your car mate! I'd rather my car was stolen for good than it be keyed. Bstards arn't they. We live in a society these days where criminals have rights! Earlier this week a burglar broke into a house in Manchester and the occupant caught him, the thief somehow fell from the open top floor window where he entered the house and the occupant has been questioned over the injurred thief!!!

Hi Bob, I have! What I did was installed a cigar lighter behind the dash and plugged the tomtom wire in to it. I then used tape to hold it in. I did this because the Tomtom's Plug has mircochips and other bits and bobs inside to control the power. If you cut the wire and simply hard wire it to a live connection it will probably blow your tomtom up. Hope that helps Lee
