Daniel.......don't know what to suggest - possibly best to wait for passport to arrive since the shuttle ticket will be personal to whoevers credit card its booked on and you won't get a refund if you don't go. Wait for the passport then see about booking the shuttle? Trevor.....I usually take cash out at the terminal to cover incidentals - coffee, drinks etc. then use credit / debit card so have never taken much notice of what atms there are. Sheepie or Markie may be better to answer this one as I think they're fairly regular travellers

also i got a bit worried Barry when we saw a VW camper on the M20 on the way home!!! but you seemed to handle the passing manoeuvre very well and without any road rage [:@] [] Had no problem with him as he seemed to be tanking along at a proper pace - he even had alloys suggesting it wasn't perhaps a bog-standard lump lurking beneath.
