Personally I'd prefer to be on the road at 11.30 - I know its only 25-30 miles but my son lives over in that general direction and I've never been able to get to or from his place in less than 90 minutes via the south circular. Any way, better to get there early and get parked up together

From my old Revenue / Accountancy days one of the main factors they looked at was whether there was a "Master / Servant" relationship. Clearly if you've only the one source of employment and you're under that persons control whilst at work, that is to say they bring in the business and you undertake it under their control, its very difficult to argue you are self-employed, regardless of how that employer treats you.
