Cheers Simon, funnily enough i just been doing that mate, i pulled the car to bits agin and noticed all it did was support the bumper !!! and if i cut it out i will get around three inches , which will be enough to fit right and still give me lots of front face and air flow which can only be a good thing cheers Simon

I know what your saying but alot of the big power high spec cars dont run them and prodrive rally cars dont have them either Not sure what to do really. may just cut another inch out of it that way ill be keeping the main part of it

Is the bumper bar needed mate ?? i think i could get another inch maybe two if im lucky by cutting it out

Mine is 140mm, my plan is to have a blob eye sti front end with splitter on it so will be this low anyway i think, plus looking around at a few other cars and there are lots lower than mine will ever be !!!!!!!! tony

Already been looking Neil , and seeing as im doing a face lift to the car had seen the ht autos one for the blob eye sti Think i may i may take the bumper off and cut a bit more out the beam to see if i can lift it at least another inch Then drop the car lower anyway !!!!!!

So 2 inches highr than mine and im having a front lip spoiler too makes me wonder if it is worth moving it now
