  8. Its not just a matter of getting a new turbo a a remap mate, more power means more things to go wrong. Your gearbox will need looking at as well as your clutch and then you have to consider your fueling and engine internals. You need to make a plan as to what you want from the car and them work to that plan. i would not fit a new turbo without a remap unless it was the same turbo as you have on the car because they all spool/fuel differantly and if you get it wrong you will need a new engine !!!!!!! Think about what you want the car to do and then get the bits you need to do it Tony
  9. Nice to see a familiar face on the tv though matey
  10. Extreme API Mocom Scoobyclinic Zen Graham Goode TSL All of the above plus a good few others have said not to do just the head gasket, although im sure your right and it can be done cheap i would like the peace of mind plus like i say a few bits internally like pistons, conrods, crank etc will more than likely be uprated in preparation for alot more power. Tony
  11. Spoken to many of the top guys with regards to the engine and they all say you should have a rehone and to replace the bearings etc or you will suffer another failure within a few months due to the engine being under higher pressure and the parts being worn. When the time comes David at API will be getting my money i know of lots of engines being built by him and none have had problems plus a few internal parts may be upgraded at the same time Tony
  12. Full decat £ 500 if you shop around Induction kit £ 80 for a half decent one Bigger inj £ 150 ish Bigger turbo as you should have a td04 £ 200-400 depending on what you get Remap £ ask Jolly Green Monster as to what is best for your model Should net you 300-330 bhp all the best Tony
