Well thank you all for coming, there were some very impressive cars there, and mostly nice and shiny too Thanks to the ESC who came along and supported the Scooby end, not that there was any competition I think lol, and it's nice to see different owners clubs getting along and chatting instead of the my cars better than yours etc. Welcome to all the Newbies, I hope I got to talk to all of you, if not I'll catch up with you at the next meet And thank you to Dean, our newest member for offering to let me take his car round Brands Hatch - perhaps one day I might take that up but for now I think my track days are over

So much choice these days!!! I've been to so many dealers today to have a look I filled the front seat up with brocures lol, now my head hurts with all the reading lol And I still can't make my mind up - my heart is saying Subaru but my head is saying sensible and I think my family would probably disown me if I got another lol I just thought I would share that with you and one thing I can say is it definately WON'T be a Mondeo!!!!

Thanks for all the kind words people, it's nice to know people care I've now got a nice new bright red cast on my arm - had t have something red didn't I? lol As for another Scooby, I'm not sure I will, but you never know....just have to get some confidence back first, so a nice sensible car for a while, alhtough not in a sensible colour lol, don't want to be too boring

I was the only one tat didn't walk away Had to be cut out of the car and put on a spinal board - not quite the way I wanted to aquire a convertible lol..... Never mind I'm still alive just about - and once this wrist is healed, I'm going to get a sensible car for a while... lol

Spent hours polishing it too - all thawasted effort lol never mind at least I'm in one peice, albeit a very sore & aching one peece - and nobody else was hurt

You best take extra jackets, scarves, gloves & hats - the seafront gets a bit cold....

I get my disks and pads from motorsportworld They aren't OEM items, but they do EBC etc - and over £100 cheaper on most brands of pads than Scoobysport.... And they deliver within 2 days - I don't think they charge any extra for it either

Now that would be telling I like to keep everyone guessing

Well at the moment they are covered in mud, so not quite sure what colour they are When you next see them they will be a lot shinier than they ever looked on your car and they suit my car much much better too And as for what will happen to them now, as I don't have a male passenger distracting me they will stay immaculate - I would like to point out they have a couple of kerb marks already - not inflicted by me I must say tho, it's really strange driving around with round wheels now Pele
