Arron, a lot of what you just said I mentioned earlier in this thread with regards to Foxs reading this and I totally agree with what you are saying. Speaking of the two colours, I had a similar idea but didn't like to mention it as I always seem to get into trouble for trying to sort things out - hence me being a bit quiet on here lately [] Perhaps the two top colours could be chosen as home or away, with people choosing their preference out of the two? Anyway voting is now finished, and Andy will be doing the final count and announcing it tomorrow, so we will see what colour it is to be. Pele

I can't believe this is still being argued about - I've looked on loads of other car forums and none of them seem to have this problem - a colour gets chosen and that's that and everyone wears it and is proud to wear that colour because it represents 'their' club. Why can't we be like this? Foxs were kind enough to agree to sponsor us and pay towards the cost of these t-shirts, yet when the colour they suggested was put up all hell broke loose! It's just made this club look like a bunch of arguing school kids [] What must they be thinking if they are following the thread - I wouldn't be suprised if they were thinking of not sponsoring us at all and that would be a great shame, both for us and for them. Perhaps we should just have the colour that has no votes? Then no arguments []

A debate about a debate, now that would be interesting....

OK, I see that some of the members wives/husbands/partners/children want to vote for their own personal colour choice. All I am asking for you to do now is please get them to log in on their own user name to save your posts being deleted as the only answer required on the t-shirt vote was quite clearly stated, as was the fact that any post other than a vote would be deleted. I don't think I am asking too much, so please could you all have your own user names please and delete any threads with these extra votes on under the same names with Mrs, Mini etc. This will make it a lot easier to count the votes when the thread is closed on Wednesday evening. Primo, you can get a t-shirt whenever you want, but please read the first post on page one for instructions how to vote as there have been a lot of problems with people choosing a colour lol - go back a few pages and you will see what I mean lol[]

I think they have sorted out all the problems now, people who have brought big brake kits recently seem to have had no problems. I was in there a month or so back when someone brought a kit back because the colour wasn't right and they changed the calipers with no hesitation....

Please either PM or e-mail me your e-mail address as this means you are not on the mailing list for some reason - I'm updating it so anyone who's e'mails bounce back will now be removed from the list - so empty those inboxes[]

I can also recomend Hi Spec - very friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable too [] I'm due a trip there, I need new brake pads - someone is a bit heavy footed with my brakes lol

This is the final list of colours chosen for the t-shirts: 1. Primrose Yellow / Blue Writing 2. White / Blue Writing 3. Red / White Writing 4. Mica Blue / White Writing 5. Charcoal Grey / Orange Writing 6. Black / Silver Writing 7. Green / ??? writing 8. Lime Green / Dark Blue Writing 9. White / Red Writing 10. Charcol / Orange Logo / White Writing 11. Burnt Orange / Black Writing 12. Yellow / Blue Writing 13. Black / Pink writing You all get 2 choices, and a points system will be used, with the first choice getting 3 points and the 2nd choice getting one point - this way the points can be added up at the end of the voting and the colours with the most points will be the final t-shirt colour combination. Please vote like this: 1> 3 2> 13 This way it can be clearly seen who is voting. There are to be no other comments, smileys etc, these will all be deleted - this is a voting thread only. The voting will close at 10pm next Wednesday, when this thread will be locked. Once the points are counted a new post will be put up announcing the winning colour combination. This thread will be left on the forum for those of you who wish to do your own count up.

Don't worry its nothing serious, just a couple of things I need from everyone. 1. Could all KS members who also have SIDC membership please either e-mail me or pm me with their membership number. Reason for this is that all shows that SIDC will be attending will now be restricted to SIDC members only going onto the stand. It doesn't mean that you can't go if you are not a member, it just means you will have to park in with the door dingers.... 2. For those attending Friday's KS meet, please could those of you who have KS cards/flyers that you put on cars please bring a copy with you - I intend to use these as ideas for the new one which will be given to everyone that requests them. I have given this a lot of thought and decided that it should be a group effort, just in case anyone thinks I'm trying to do it all my own way [] 3. Also for Friday's meet, I will be speaking to every person individually concerning their t-shirt colour, so could you all please have some idea of your 2 colour choices - I will print out the final list before I leave for the meet and have this with me - I will then e-mail the rest of the club to make their choices and all information collated will be counted up by an impartial member.... That's all for now []

I think thats the gist of it - I think there was going to be a short list decided on at Fridays meet wasn't there, so there will be less than 12 combinations in the final vote....
