hi, has anyone fitted one of these by 2fast2cool2? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUBARU-IMPREZA...item51939035e8 the ad says very high quality but now its turned up and having done some reading up (a bit late now!) there seems word the fitment is poor. a local garage will be fitting for me but i dont want to waste money wrapping it and paying to have it fitted if its gonna need loads of modification or faffing to fit. oh,its got japspeed stamped on the top cheers andy

Beginning to hate scooby ownership now. Seems i spend all my spare time either spending money on it or worrying about it breaking again! I have already had 1 rebuild. Story goes: I was changing the oil the other day....... the ANAL way! I could not get the oil pressure light to go out with crank sensor disconnected. So i just fired it up. The light went out. I went round to front of car for a few seconds, came back round and the oil pressure light was on. Quickly shut the engine off. Checked the level and it had gone off the stick! gulp. Yet i had filled it to level before? Maybe i had a false reading?. Did not want to measure it in for risk of over filling. Wish i had nowL. Anyway topped it up again (took about another 0.5 litres) Re started and light went out. Now im paranoid ive done damage to the big ends? Engine seems to run fine and its done 60 miles with no noises. What are the chances of bearing damage?

IMO 3 k will get you a wreck of the dock or an abused uk one. Believe me - there are plenty of dogs out there for that money that are advertised as "immaculate" condition, Ive been to see plenty of em Of course you could buy my wagon if ya want which as a new api engine for 5.5k if ya want

Wheels are fab. Spoiler is nice. Like the splitter. Sorry but dont like the grille, scoop or ebrows. Agree: paint the grille black, stick a proper badge on it and then i think the other bits would grow on me Well done Andy

As above 240 ps - removing the backing plates on the vents may well increase under bonnet temps. They are just for looks on the road version. (according to what i have read)

uk classics did not have rear wiper - wrx import did. Did the uk cars have a clock with a bright button on the classics? The wrx certainly did not.

agree with cheshire cat. The clips are touching the turbo and hence are tranferring all the heat to those parts of the pipe.
