  1. Does anyone have the part number for the replacment MAF for a MY97 UK Turbo Engine? I bought one last week but it was for an MY98 and have since returned it, but when I enquired about one for the MY97 they quoted over £200. I tried to explain it's just the sensor I wanted and not the whole assembly but the dealer reckons you have to buy the whole thing?!?... Cinders.
  2. Hi I tried to replace the MAF on my MY98 UK Turbo but the new one looks like it won't fit?!.. Can anyone help me? Have I ordered the wrong MAF for my car, or for some reason has my car got a different spec setup?.. The new MAG i have is a 4-port, but the old one is 3??..... This is the airbox on my car: http://cinders.fotopic.net/p6342308.html This is the new MAF: http://cinders.fotopic.net/p6342309.html Any help is appreciated! Cinders.
  3. Thanks for the help guys... Here are the settings they gave me, just incase any needs it for new reference: Front Camber = 1 Degree 20 Toe-In = 5 mins Rear Toe-In = 5 mins I'll let you know what it feels like in a couple of hours!...
  4. I don't suppose anyone could tell me where they're based or have their phone number?
  5. Do you think Powerstation would tell me the geometry settings over the phone?...
  6. I've read the post but can't find any settings... i'm after camber/castor settings etc.
  7. Are there any prodrive settings for a 1998 std uk turbo?.. if so, where can i get them from? thanks, matt.
  8. Guys, Taking my car in for a 4-wheel aligment at 4pm today. Just wondering if there any optimal settings or whether to let them make sure it's setup to manufacturer's spec. It's a 1998 UK Turbo running std suspendion and std 16" Alloys Any help / advice appreciated. Matt.
  9. Thanks for the reply!... Where's the best place to order one from?... Is it easy to fit?... I'm going to have a look under the car this weekend.
  10. My cars in the garage at the moment getting a pulley for the air conditioning fitted... anyway the garage have rang me to tell me that underneath the car there's a hose that goes in to the intercooler from the crankcase or something and it's split and leaking air... the car is an MY98 UK Turbo... I'm just wondering if anyone knows the proper name for this hose, and the part number by any chance? I'd like to order one from my local dealer... Is it easy to replace? I'd rather do it myself than pay the garage money for doing it, I'm sick of paying out money to garages... What will this split hose be doing to my engine?.. Will it be damaging it?.. Help?!... Cinders. (little worried)
  11. << £36 for the sensor - daylight robbery, £25 including plug >> Yes - where from from?... Is this the decent Bosch sensor?
  12. Ordered from ScoobyClinic with Bosh sensor £170 to my door Saturday morning guarenteed! So got my Knocklink & AFR to wire up this weekend....
  13. Right guys, running an MY98 UK Turbo with Full Decat, AFR (to fit Sat), Knocklink (to get & fit Sat) and now I have a nice Dawes Device so I can incease the boost manually... Before I fit the AFR and increase the boost, is it wise to fit a set of uprated Intercooler hoses or will the std ones be ok?... What is a safe limit to increase the boost to?... I was hoping to run about 1.2 Bar as I heard fuel cut out is around 1.25.... What do you guys suggest?... Decatting the car has made it much much better, I just wanna squeeze a bit more bhp out of it, and I guess increasing the boost using the Dawes is the cheapest way... Matt.
  14. Where's the best place to get a Knocklink & Bosch sensor from?... I'm after ordering one today so I can whack my Dawes Device on this weekend....
