  2. SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. If you ask me, i think the new speed limit is a good idea..... IF YOU ARE A F***ING C**K SMOKER What is the F***ing point. We can all drive safely, and we know when to speed and when not to speed. As most of you have pointed out, most accidents are down to driver inexperience and lack of road knowledge. Speed is only a minor factor. How many of you have seen the boy racers with their £17,000 body kits on their £20 cars doing 70mph along the prom? That is who to blame for this, OAP's (god love them) who cannot see the bloody steering wheel let alone a corner in the rain and young drivers spoiling it for everyone else. it's B*LL*CKS
  4. either 2001 or 2002 uk sti. Depends how much i get for this one....
  5. Cheers, I think i'll see what else happens, i am not in a hurry, but if a better offer comes through, then i'll sell.
  6. i was hoping for no less than £5500, i think it is worth it. I have had an offer at £5400. It is a damn good car, even though it ain't too quick. Nice pic's by the way
  7. Hi People, I am selling the car... 1998 - Impreza Sport 2000 AWD Mica Blue, 57k miles, WRX STI front bumper, STI spoiler, WRX Wheels with recent new tyres - Bridgestones, Magnex 6x4 sports exhaust (cat back), Pipercross ram air induction kit, Sony 10 disk changer with Sony head unit and remote control, Electric windows all round, ABS, New brakes (discs and pads) Slick 50'd 1000 miles ago, Interior is immaculate with full valet recently, Full service history (with recent major service) Very reliable, cheap to run and insure in comparisson to its big brothers (WRX and STI) It hsndles like any other Impreza. I also have the original exhaust and air box if required. Nothing has been done to this car that cannot be reversed. I did look into putting a turbo engine in it and i almost did - it can be done i'm told. It has been well looked after - not hammered. Engine has been steam cleaned and the car has been washed every weekend sine I bought it. I have had the car for six months but i am now selling it to upgrade to something newer and faster hopefully. Although it doesn't have a turbo, the car looks great and sounds good too with the Magnex system. Any offers greatly appreciated. RIO

    Help.....

i am not sure what i want to be honest. I think i need to shop around first and drive some STI's and WRX's to see the difference etc. Spoke to Brian through one of the mechanics where the missus works. think he wants 14k for the STI. looked at a P1 on ebay for 16k. looked tidy but very high mileage. The sport is nice and is subaru through and through but i need more power. the mods i have done have made it quicker but there is no wow factor there. My step sons Dad has a 94 WRX import. driven that - very nice and fast too.

    Help.....

Hi Guys Sorry to be a pest but i need help from the boys and girls in the know... Basically, my Sport is too slow and after aquiring a recon turbo engine a few months back and deciding i cannot be bothered getting the damn thing in, i have decided to change the car. I am looking to spend about 10 - 15k on another Impreza but i am not sure what to go for. I think i want an STI but there again, a WRX would be good!!!! (anything is faster!!!) I have seen a 2003 WRX advertised in the UK for £16k. Looks nice but for the same cash, i could go for a classic shape special edition if i can find one. (loving the RB5 by the way) would it be an STI though? Finally (you'll be glad to hear) - and finishing with a stupid question, what is the advantage of STI? Appart from more power... Thanks in advance
