  2. Morning dudes! Had a sweet weekend, managed to get out for a few laps on the bike too (until it snowed[])
  3. This form will go to all the people who know fozzie bear all about the situation and will just say "Yes, we need a speed limit" because that's what the government stats say. It's a load of haddock and they know it. If only they taught people to drive properly. Would one less lesson on 3 point turns and one on effects of camber, surface change, bumps, and weight transfer on handling of a car be that difficult to achieve? They say all these crashes happen in derestricted zones but most are R plate drivers, who have a limit of 50 (supposedly) anyway? If it happens i'm not going to change the way I ride. I'll just be minus a registration plate and take "Jimmy" off the back of my leathers.

  11. Protein shakes are very useful if you can't get enough protein from regular food throughout the day for whatever reason. You should be aiming for 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day at least. I work in an office so it isn't practical for me to bring lots of food with me, a couple of protein shakes is perfect to have mid morning and mid afternoon. You need to eat a balanced diet and eat at least 6 times a day. Take the protein with water after training for faster absorption and with milk before bed.
