  2. HMM! - slight difference between the AFR gauge and a W/B Lambda I haven't used this type of W/B before (I've got a Techedge V2.0 I use for mapping and its bloody suberb!) but Gavin at Wallace Per4mance uses this type for his mapping and its seems to work fine. Russell ps - still prefer the Techedge because it has more datalogging features (which I use but not a lot of people need to use!)
  3. Marc - no probs, I did tell you that it would be a good idea! You won't need 10m either Russell
  4. OOOH Dougie! - Looks like you really let yourself go at Christmas Russell (another F*T BA***RD!)
  5. Cool - so long as all is well now. You just need to get out an denjoy the car now! Russell
  6. So you sorted out hte problem your were calling me about? (the wife said my mobile went several times this week and your number came up on it. She never answered it as she doesn't know you M8!) Russell
  7. Gordon - where are you based? Russell
  8. 10m for a downpipe? WTF? That REALLY is overdoing it M8, I've wrapped about 9 downpipe now and have only ever used 7m at the most. Stainless Steel Tiewraps are perfect for securing the wrap. I have 2 cars, right now, that have their wrap fitted like this, secured this way, been on the cars for 21/23 months and not a single issue with the CoolTek wrap. Just because it is a bit thicker doesn't mean its better! Will it protect to the same temps? Russell (open to a debate on this as I will be happy to change to an exhaust wrap that someone CAN PROVE IS BETTER!)
  9. You need about 7m at the most to do a downpipe. Got some spare in the garage if needed! Russell
  10. Replied (Still on the rig at the moment, what seems to be the problem?) Russell
  11. Liam at Glenburgie Subaru up near Inverness can help you. Russell
  12. Judging by the state they left the Forties when they sold it to Apache (the Echo is a S***hole!) then I can see how eveyone says it has all gone downhill! Russell
  13. Make it after 5.30 and she'll be home then! Russell
  14. £21 a box, phone the wife on 01224 749972 (home) or 07765 704448 (Mobile), tell her you need a box of Millers and she'll arrange a time and place for you to pick it up. I'll mail her now and let her know you will call. Russell - offshore.............for now!
  15. Chris - Millers or NF? Have a few bottles of either at home. Tell me what you need and I'll do my best to help! Russell
  16. << Dont Think I can make it now I have to go to my Advanced Driving thing.. But I should be at the next one with even more Toys >> OH NO! Russell
  17. Saw this car last weekend whilst working on Marcs' car and it looks AWESOME in the flesh. Must be a nightmare to keep that below 4K Russell
  18. Hello? I'm offshore at the moment and will not be back until the 10th of March, so if you need to chat, mail me on bhpdevelopments@hotmail.com and I'll do my best to help. Russell- 01224 749972 (HOME), 07792 067728 (MOBILE) ps - Jools, any idea how Boyakasha's car is getting on?
  19. AYE - had a good chat with Arlene this evening. Nice of a lady to admit to "not knowing what a wheel bearing looks like" Talked in length about your STi7 (nice list of mods, my lips are sealed) and your plans to play with her MERC Diesel next. . . . . . YOU JUST CANNOT HELP YOURSELF, CAN YOU! Russell
  20. Well Andy, fitted Marc's STi turbo, Uppipe and Downpipe to his "other halfs" MY03 WRX, and then got it mapped late Saturday night (VERY LATE!) Finished up with 312BHP, 277lb/ft.......................NOT TOO SHABBY! Car goes like stink for a WRX with longer gearing, shame she is now catching the "modding bug", looks like my weekends are now totally F***ED UP! Russell
  21. Ross - never got your PM but it doesn't matter as I spoke to you this evening Russell
  22. Jools - I touch goats Read and destroy a-la James Bond Stylee! Cal I touch goats as well Russell
  23. Mark, ignore Boyakasha as we all (especially after today incidents) know he is IMPATIENT DON'T WE MARC? Russell ps - your SX bits are here on Tuesday, so we'll sort out the car on Wed
