Willie, sounds good. had a look at the website and the team/region racing would work well there. the location is good for us all as well. food for thought definately. parking wouldnt be a problem either

surely they would have to man a 24/7/365 operation on the offchance they saw one 1 or 2 or 46 of us passing these roads though? costs them about 1k a day just watch a 10 mile stretch on the M74 My favourite is the roads in South Lanarkshire/borders thankerton, biggar, galashiels and the rest, they are all class for various reasons. some have been on such routes with me and enjoyed no end. loads a shell garages too

aye, visiting my doggy in the east end i have to park it behind the security gates so it saves me getting out the car. thats what i need one for

subaru claim its X ps rather than X bhp so if its 315ps PPP in the subaru brochure then its about 299bhp or whatever talking about the flywheel is a point but for another example if for instance a car had 300bhp on the rolling road.......Dastek for instance would say your cars 300bhp as they have done with all of ours. thats 300bhp at the flywheel, so then you take the drag which is the time it takes to slow down on the rollers x whatever gives you your at the wheels figure of maybe 270bhp. does that make sense?

you dont need to get it remapped after the fuel pump as it will pick it up straight away. once you start changing the injectors and stuff like that then you will.

Afternoon, Having discussed this with one or two others today, i think its a good idea to have this event. SIDC karting event with regional teams Date- SUNDAY 19TH FEBRUARY 2006 Location- somewhere central for us all TBC on interest Cost- usual karting costs again tbc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Format for the day- Provisional ideas/timings to be confirmed 0930-1000hrs- meet up at the venue 1000hrs- split into regional teams which will be numbered depending on turnout. Glasgow, Edinburgh/Lothians, tayside,Central, Fife, Aberdeen/Highlands, ayrshire 1000hrs-1300hrs- racing on track with prize for best team 1300hrs-1400hrs- short convoy to lunch location 1400hrs- late lunch for everyone 1500hrs- end of event. NB- the usual meeting point scenario as done on runs will ensure people make it on time and dont have to go some to get to the event at the right time. this can be organised later. please add your names. this will be another great day
