Erm I was the wagon who span off in front of you I think, was it green. i was tailing a blue elise for several corners and he took the wrong line, I either followed or took him out the game completely and with no insurance I span off. fantastic day out, met some great folk and the car still goes. Result Thanks to all who organised especially JohnS and anyone who said Hi. Pedro

I try not to go to AWD, you always come back "just getting a couple of bits" ask Dad he can't help himself Think it was a grand last time he visited LOL. Great service
-
AWD are excellent, worth the drive. I don't know of any in Edinburgh but reading Scooby magazine and Andy Forrest is "currently considering setting up a business to accomodate the subaru community by the end of the year" and he is based in Cockenzie which would be very handy indeed cos he seems to know his stuff.

LOL @ Dad I taught you to drive you lunatic, the old master can still teach the young man a few tricks. Thought you were a good driver, spose not if you can't control a car after driving it for 3 weeks And we could all pay a thousand pounds to be put round a private forrest with a pro rally driver as a teacher and look good in 1 photo -

<< I wouldn't imagine you would get cover for any less than a day mate. FFS, your insurance was cheap! >> I got it for half a day last time Stuart? Would you cover Keith? Even with your premium I wouldn't insure him. -

<< A wee problem with insurance Anyone I?ve contacted will only do track insurance for the day This is sore enough for 4 hours but only 3hrs on track for same cost Can?t the club arrange optional insurance for the 3hrs? The SIDC shop could sell track time with or without insurance? After missing the wall last time by a testicle hair ...I would fancy insurance But I would still love to come Maybe p3dr0 might even show face if he?s got the balls! >> Good idea on the insurance. Why did you pick a user name like Dad, I wouldn't trust you with my dog let alone an 8 week old baby who you named after a cow 45 quid is cheap tho' dunno how I could possibly pass that one up eh? Just so I can watch you @rse it up again and stop the whole session and ruin everyones day LOL. p.s when we MTB'ing again? is your hand better after trying to run through a perspex bus shelter......... -
Green is fastest......

Add me in too. If Vix lets me go as Its our turn for the wee man that weekend and although at 4 he like beer somehow I don't think the bar staff would serve him in the haymarket. early is good tho'....

Xmas day is a funny one this year for me. New Girlfriend with a wee lad so a bit complictated with the Father etc so most probably at a loose end in the afternoon so would be the perfect excuse for me to take my mind off my wee boy who I adore and can't see at xmas. Bringing a smile to the kids would make it all worth it..... Can someone sticky this thread please

Yep I'm sure I could convince Skunk as well for a bit of Marshalling. Never done it before but would give it a shot if given instructions.

Been posting om General discussion for a year now, will frequent this more often. Dougster, i keep seeing you up there but not approached you. your car looks the dogs. promise I will say hi next time nice to have a scottish section... Is there gonna be another meet where all the scoobs went ona blast up north, sounded amazing gutted i missed it. what about a winter wet one. Plenty of wet sliding action with loads of subaru's. don't mind helping organise it if required.?

I collected all the pressies at my work last year and had a good van load, delivered them to the Edinburgh Sick Kids so should be Glasgow's turn this year? Work commitments mean I can't organise as much this year but I can give up time on Xmas day if you want and will do all I can to help otherwise just gimme a shout. I have Plenty of vans you can use but would be better in Scoobies in a convoy wouldn't it. I want to see us in True Grip too, us Scottish lads can do it. Its for the Kids, how sh1t would xmas be if your stuck in hospital. Count me in.

Look out for a greeen wagon with Pedro SIDC sticker on the window and gimme a shout I'm excited too........

It was cheaper to pay cash on the day than book through the sidc website or am I mad? £65 for a member cash? Is it just a dearer day this time?
