The VF35 isn't a twin scroll turbo.....the twin scrolls are VF36,VF37 on STI spec C and VF42 on a STI S204 and RA-R. I think the 2.5L and VF43 combo would be good for 380bhp+

It's covered by the warranty i think....phone S&S to find out.

There is nothing really to worry about as blown off hoses happens every so often.. Just make sure the jubilee clip is in good nick and tighten down nicely.
