  15. Dont know if its just the angle its pictured @ but I actually prefer it painted. left in Black it looks huge like the rim of a wheely bin. As I say might just be the angle of the pic!? Gus
  16. Stephen, I think it was the 225/45/17's- RE040's I had on the Sti wheels that were pure and utter gash. The 50's were better. Gus
  17. If you had the 512's cant say I'd rate them that badly tbh Spooks[]. Were definately far better than the Bridgestone gash that I had on before. They tramlined like Fook. As I say tho I've got the Yoko's on now and they seem bloody good for the candy.[Y] Gus
  18. Andy, that was nothing short of superb mate[Y] well done. A fitting tribute to all the effort and work that went into the event to raise funds for an extremely worthwhile cause and in memory of one of the Rallying greats. Gus
  19. Ye mean Alisons blouse[] Well it did match her pink trousers perfectly[]
  20. Stephen, I'm running Yokohama S306's and they have been very good so far.[Y] This is a report on them from a test "The Yokohama S306 is a low profile symmetric tyre that effectively resists wear. With its sporty feel, the tyre is also comfortable and quiet and offers good value. The Yokohama S306 has also been praised for its small bump absorption and excellent grip in dry conditions. The high traction tread is based on a new silica compound. The tyre performs slightly better in the dry than in the wet." Hope this helps!? Gus
  21. I'm Ok but they took a wee while when I did CraigWRX's ones. Need to make sure there is a reasonable spray of water on any surface prior to application. Gus
  22. Stephen I'm running Yokohama now with my 18's mate! £70 a corner from DP in Ayr on 225/40/18's Had no bother at all with the RE512's whilst I had them on. Ask Seafar99 (Craig) as he has the wheels now. I got the Falkens from DPH in Bathgate. Gus
