Personally, I'd get 2-3 quotes from a couple of decent coachworks first. Tell them it wont be an insurance job and you are likely to get even better prices. If your paying a £250 excess then your gonna have to fork that out anyway. So , IMHO it might be better not telling the insurance for now, cut your loses and pay a cash repair and save on stupid insurance hikes in the long run. Gus

you will either need to drill a couple of holes (either side) to fit the winglets onto your WRX (inside fittings on your car). all other connections are straight forward. Or you can do what I did when I had them fitted to the WRX and cut these 2 lugs off and use heavy duty spoiler tape (double sided tape) to stick them on. Worked very well[Y] If you do get them you will also need to buy 8 (I think) fitting lugs/gromits as I dont think these are supplied with the winglets. Check with Gav/ Charlie at Ian Grieve. If you do go the winglets route give me a shout as I'd easily fit them for you. Heres a couple of pics with them fitted to my car (jings ma car has changed a bit since then[]) Cheers Gus

Craig, Teins or Whiteline springs will deffo lower the car more than the Prodrives mate but, also feel a lot firmer a ride. The one in Neil's (4 hero's) pic is definately not on Prodrives mate. Thats the sort of ride height you'll get with Teins etc.........! All depends what you want? Gus
