Ok i am going to take risk and go for a charity old skool night with bbq and bouncy castles etc etc , to be arranged at a venue and time tba. The more the merrier and at least kids will be welcome so theres no problem with families coming , or leave them at home . Please if you feel that this is not your scene please just say so i know at least not to expect you , remember the the reason for all this , its to raise as much dough as possilble. I will in the next few days leave a link thread on scoobynet to see if i can boost the numbers and hopefully invole essex scoobs or even any scoob club . Also shiralee has emailed banzai to see weather they will do a plug on the event , if not then we will try some other mags aswel maybe true grip to. Properly arranged this could be a really good night and who knows if it is then perhaps it could be our yearly fund raiser event. Any other ideas for the night would be most helpful and i do need helpers so please make a list if your willing to help orginise or have any services to offer or know someone that would be of help .Remember its you lot that make this club what it is and lets show the others how things are done. Please i am relying on you lot so lets make it a night to remember !!!

Wel depending on wat we all agree on depends on when we can set a date, the pub crawl does seems popular at the mo , maybe a fancy dressed pub crawl with lots of buckets for collectiong on the way ? i was hopeing that perhaps we could of arranged an event where perhaps people with families could attend, but what ever is the most popular i am happy to go along with ,its about raising funds and awareness for the kai foundation.

Allright tony this dump valve mate proberly wont fit without the adapter which is on my car mate so not sure wat else to suggest, all i can say is when mines back from baily you can try fit mine on yours if thats any help , why not come try one of my spare air flow sensors first mate. Let me .

Recently as some of you may be aware i have had a few problems with my car and was informed to try a local guy to me kai performance . All i can say is wat a nice bunch of geniune people down there. Only recently did i look at kai`s website and click on the link KAI and then did i realise why it was named kai performance , please can you all take the time to take a peek and dont forgett to click on KAI........ I was very moved by what i read and I would like to if possible suggest a charity avent to be arranged and agreed by us all to take place in the summer. All suggestions on wat we could do as club would be greatly received. spotted scoots in maidstone by the barracks friday night, i was in the my alfa gt and gave you a toot mate.

I have a super hks bov dump valve here thats just a few months old if you want to try it and see if it resolves your problem tony . Let me know fella . Also i have a large selection of air flow sensors as well . Not sure wat year you car is but worth letting you know because some times the air flow sensors can have the same symptons.

It was arratic in idle as if the air flow sensor had gone and also stalling after hard accelaration. Hope this helps . Good luck !!!! let me know how you get on .

I was out allday yesterday driving round and round and round , think i done 40 quid in petrol loved it and it was nice to have her back in my hand purring like a kitten. Baily motor sport the nice people have even kindly offered to rebuild my dump valve with a stronger spring for free of charge , now thats service . So now hopefully i can start enjoying and see some shows this year to , thanks trev and granby see you both soon

Well after months of idle problems my car is finally sorted now yepeeeeeeee. £700.00 in taking it to various garages later and it turned out to be thestupid spring in my dump valve , apparently it wasnt strong enough and was caused due to the fitment of a 6 speed gearbox and lightened flywheel which upsett the vaccum settings in the throttle body , apparently the spring wasnt strong enough to keep the valve closed at idle. Who would of thought it ! ............ At least i got a new idle crontrol valve and lamba sensor out of it ! ( THAT STILL DONT MAKE ME FEEL ANY BETTER LOL )
