  1. I think it will be a good thing, dealers are not so keen on using non Subaru parts ie aftermarket exhausts etc so when people find out AWD are just up the road then im sure they won't think twice about popping in. Also convienient for genuine subaru order only parts aswell.
  2. Aye thats it done now for another few months untill I get bored again [] Watch them kerbs! Scott
  3. Sorry mate Im on call today, so car won't be moving. Have fun

  11. Result! spotted at last [] Compliment right back mate, car looked stunning. Wasn't sure who it was though. Did kinda wave on way home [] How spooky though, was heading upto Glenshee for a days Boarding, seen you on way there and on the way home [:|] Had the bung in the car for noise levels, didn't want the missus and the mates girl moaning all day about it. Good day up at Glenshee, well half day as snow gates didn't open until back of 11. [^o)] Cheers Scott
  12. Hope the roads are open upto Glenshee, going Boarding the morra hopefully. [Y]

  14. Looking for a vehicle upholster in Fife preferably or as close to Fife as possible. Just a leather retrim with silver piping. Not for me for a mate. Cheers Scott
  15. Also still waiting.....
  16. I use a deealer as its been servcied by them from day one and when I bought the car it was still under warranty so I kept up the Dealer servicing. After warranty ran out I continued to use the dealer as I found out that some specialists charge slightly or more or the same as the dealer. (Im not disputing the level of service offered isn't better or worse between Dealer/specialist). I currently use Eden Subaru for Servicing in Cupar who are more than competative for servicing, do a damn fine Job and its closer to me than then next nearest specialist. Speak to Russel if giving them a call. Top bloke. Howvere saying that if Im getting mods done that the dealer can't carry out then the car goes upto AWD Motorsport in Perth for the work to be done. (See you in march guys) Coulster
  17. Yup mines is in next month too, getting the Andy F treatment finally. Not sure what it'l be like but I hope it'l be good. Might venture up to Crail for a couple of runs to see the difference. Coulster
  18. "Hi guys, I have just been looking into this thread more clearly and i am on the Squirrels side of things here! If you went into a shop and took something of a shelf and got to the check out and was informed you were mistaken about the actual price, you would argue that, the price stated for the item is the one you wish to pay for! If it is wrong by anyone's result excluding yourselve, then thats their fault". Would agree that you have a case to argue its there fault (i would be exactly the same, chances of getting the parts cheap as chips) but the vendor has the right to withdraw the goods from sale or offer them at the correct price defined by them. I have ordered crystal light pack before and arrived within a couple of days as described. I have also ordered a Walbro fuel pump which also came in a couple of days but part of it was broken. Emailed them to say what has happened and a courier was arranged to pick up the broken one and a replacement pump was delivered next day. Can't ask for more than that in my eyes. As usual there are bad and good stories about most companies and I can see why the Squirrel is upset but Im sure he can understand mistakes happen. I remember one time there was a post on scoobynet I think where a company had made a mistake on an alloy wheel and tyre package, basically a price error giving them away for much cheapness, few people cottoned onto this and placed orders. Everyone had emails saying there had been a mistake in the price and the product was no longer available for sale. Scott
