    Sorry, meant to say that the springs hold a preload on the two faces where the downpipe gasket/sealing ring meets the mid section. Bolt and spring go on from one side and the nut on the other to tighten them to the preload.

    You cant go wrong with the two bolts and the gasket for the front section. The bolts are stepped so you just tighten them until they bottom out. The gasket is actualy a fire ring that slips onto the down pipe. This allows the section after the Downpipe to move a little in any direction but still creates a seal Hope thats clear as mud

    Allan, I have a 2003 53 plate scooby Now has the large STI rear wing fitted. Shes not got folding rear seats though Keep me posted then. Let me knwo what your plans are. Like I said, I still need to get the Jeep sorted out. Might get it orderd tomorrow Then I will get a classic again as I prefer them to the newage cars

    I like the look of this. You sure its not an STI 6 though? The year/front lip/rear wing would indicate it was a version 6 to me. I do like this though!! I am supposed to be trading mine in for a new jeep in the next few weeks. After that I will be looking for a Classic for myself again. I will keep this marked How quick you wanting to move with this??

    Matey, It wont work just adding the Timer loom into the one on your car. Your loom has been chopped to fit the alarm It can still be fitted though Just needs doctoring Like I said, Im in your hood for the next two - four weeks so I can pop round and have a butchers/fit the bugger for ya Up to you PM me if you want to talk more

    Dude, If I remember correctly..orange is the handbrake feed. It makes the TT run/not run depending on whether or not its in park position or off position. I just connected it to an earth with the other earth wire. That way the TT runs even with the handbrake OFF

    Welcome back matey. Me and Ally were hit by hurricane Jeanne when in the Carribean last year.Not a good experiance. Atleast we could walk away from it though So the new STI is nice eh? Nicer than an M3?
