Sorry Scoots, when I first looked at Deans wheels I did like the gold but after putting these on I love em. So for now they are staying.
Cheers though.

Right I've just put new wheels on my car and after realising my rear bearing isnt shot (just yet) I have to get the geometry set up a bit lively before I scuff away these tyres too.
So where do you guys suggest for quality and price?
-
If thats the case why does everyone call you peewee?
Lol

If you are not fussed about main dealer stamps?
I am trying to get Kent scoobies a deal through the suzuki dealership in Tunbridge Wells.
Im sure at the moment it will be main dealer parts and £45 an hour but not confirmed yet, let me know what you guys think and I will see what I can do.

I got 253lbft Torque, 1995 WRX, Gutted need a boost controller and gauge as its making numbers by 5100rpm then only going up by 4bhp by 6300rpm.
Ive adjusted the actuator and this seems to have helped (Cheers HOL)

Hello One and all, Q-Dog is back, I am in the early stages of purchasing my third scooby.
Details to follow.
Not a type R this time but at least its a scoob again.
See you all at the meets

Hi Guys,
Hope all is well, final installment of the stolen car saga.
As Pele said Guy has been arrested, im awaiting a court date to go watch him go down.
He has admitted to the 3 the police know about and Southern Ireland are after him too.
Got paid out (eventually) by the insurance but lost my no claims.
So now, as Im looking to buy a house im driving a 1992 Mitsubishi Colt GLXi (£530)
It certainly aint no Type R.......
Unfortunately I think it will be a good few years before im back in a quick motor.

Insurance company are going to pay out, not sure how much yet but what a relief.
See you all soon in a sensible motor.
-
Yeah and you get it ringing until an irish lady comes on saying that the o2 customer does not have his voicemail set up.
Probably pay as you go anyway (police are looking into it)
-
Not too sure on insurance, should be ok as they say i am covered but have to speak to a private eye and it depends on his report, but should be ok.
This is also on scoobynet, I feel that the more people that know, the less chance that it will happen to someone else.
I would love to bump into the guy in a dark alley somewhere
-
No not put pictures up yet mate but trying to do it today.
Worst thing was it was all done through texts never spoke till he got to the airport, so could have been texting anyone.
-
Well where do I start, you all know I have been trying to get rid of my car for a while, but never thought it would end like this.
Was in Auto Trader and on here, got contacted by a guy in Ireland and to cut a long story short arranged to meet up for him to see the car.
Met at Gatwick Airport on Thursday 26/05/05 about 7pm
Did all the normal things, he looked round the car, asked all the right questions and took it for a spin.
Then handed me an Allied Irish bankers draft for £9500.
He drives off, I drive off, everyone is happy.
Till I go to pay it in the next day and its a forgery.
Apparently he has already done it once before in Feb this year at Bristol on another High performance prestige car.
So at the minute No car, No money and a really horrible sicky feeling.
Please be careful when selling as this guy is good, really good.
Car is probably in Ireland now being rung.
-
Cheers but all sorted now.
Got one from David @ API Engines got it to me quick too
-
Last time I asked Walldonway they did say they did imports, but you will then be paying main dealer money, Id go with J-K's idea of Xtreme Scoobies 01245 363623

Only just got in from work, but only because of a very nice RAC man.
Split in the top hose, little bit of steam and one scared Q-Dog.
So anyone got a top hose I can buy?

Camping: How about the New Forest?
Two reasons 1 It is lovely up there
2 There are some lovely roads to blat about on
New Wheels- Old ones now for sale..
in South East England
Posted
They are 18s, with 215/35/18 tyres. 2 tyres are 1 month old and are Kumho full run, the other 2 are not much good (1 is not legal) and are Ventus.
The wheels are quite badly scuffed (not by me though) but were £1000 new apparently, so worth a refurb.
Here are a couple of pics.
