Would have to second what st3ph3n said. If your budget will allow go for a replacement ECU as far as I know Apexi Power FC suit cars 93-00 and Ecutek from 99-04. Looking to get hold of one and update the 2 port that is on my sti V3 import as it is on it's way out. Anyone know where I can get either get a new or used 3 port boost solenoid. Cheers guys.

Just bought a new Megan exhaust mainfold of the old ebay, now I have a sti v3 and on the up pipe there is a sensor hole and one in the manifold. The mainfold hole does have a bung in it so that can be block if it is not to be used, but the top hole did not come with a bung. Question is with my car being a classic will I use this sensor? if not does anyone know where can I get a bung to block it of?? thanks in advance guys.

hi, yah the wire was attached to the lower nut that holds the ecu in place. The car did have a turbo timmer on it but that was taken of when I got a clifford alarm and used the turbo timmer on that, fingers crossed it is just what is remeaning from when that was taken out. ps. - forgot to say my car is a sti v3 import.

Hi all, looking for a bit of help had the cover / foot plate off looking at the ECU because that's as far as my knowledge of it will allow me to go and I noticed the earth bolt under the ecu has a wire on it but only about 3cms then nothing else wire has burnt, I have had the car over a year no problems. If this is a earth what is it from or what is it earthing?? Any advice? cheers.

Hi all, I'm thinking of getting an Apexi Power FC fitted to my sti V3 import at the mo it only has de-cat centre section afterburner b/b, larger fuel pump (and a dump valve, if that counts as a mod?!?). At the mo it is running around the 280ish mark maybe a couple more with the exhaust . My question is if I get the apexi fitted what sort of power gains could or would I expect to see, the way the car is set up just now? Thanks in advance [].
