keep at it guys, if I can be of any assistance or help. I gave up 7 years ago when I met Vix. A good help is to find a distraction therapy, i.e. I used to eat refresher sweets instead of a smoke, take about the same time as a smoke.

very difficult getting hold of organisers, i have been warned that they are of the "flat cap" brigade so may not welcome modern cars to the show, will try again tonight.
