  1. A we traffic update The sliproad off the A77 south to bellfield interchange was open when I came back from Glasgow the other night & access to A77 north was also open, this should help the Glesgae bods from getting lost Access from Ayr travelling north on A77 is diverted to the next exit(approx 1 mile) & then southbound to bellfield. Hope this helps, Del
  2. Hello Folks A midweek date this time laydeez & gentlebums Hopefully there won't be any roadworks at the bellfield roundabout which has been causing a bit of chaos of late. for those who don't know where to come Any suggestions for doing something diferent eg. a wee run & I don't mean jogging!!!!!! Copy & Paste as "normal" 1.SCOOBAY - Del,Carole & Stephen See ya, Del
  3. Hi Peeps Enjoyed my afternoon at Kames once again, good old Ayrshire weather & banter made for a fine days racing. Met a few new faces & some old regulars.......you know who you are 4 scoobs on track, double the amount I saw last season, which all performed quite spectaculary Shame John St. didn't manage to complete his second run,the car ended up with only 3rd gear available which made the car look pretty hairy in the braking department Wish I'd taken my camera, could've,should've would've got some nice piccies. TUT was there with his lotus, giving it full metal jacket as per usual(for metal please read mental) See ya at the next one, Del
  4. << Just a wee thought. It's to late for this weekend, but maybe when the place is open for the weekend later in the year, SIDC could have a wee meet/camping/BBQ affair, watch the action during the day, get rat ersed by night, plenty of time to get home on the Sunday. I'm sure EACC would not object, for a very small hiring/entry fee, an area could be sectioned off for it. The GTi club and Saxo club come every year and fill the place, they have a great time. Advantages, Plenty of parking/camping space Motorsports to watch Food facilities on site (though limited this weekend) Run a concourse ? 9 hole golf course next door if you want to chill. Pub with function suit 100 yards away/ pub crawl can be arranged Very cheap accomodation 100 yards away if you have a tent phobia If SIDC PL insurance is in order, a track evening (Pre the drinking session) any thoughts anyone ? Del, one for you ? Ayrshire big one ? >> Sounds like a good idea John Del
