    Can I just clarify the stand pass issue you've raised guys :thumbup:

    The reason that unpaid members are not offered stand passes is down to the Club's Insurance Scheme.

    If your car was damaged at a show, that was caused by... lets say that club marquee blowing into it and denting a door. The insurance would only be valid if you were a paid member. That's only of the clauses I'm afraid and that's why established users don't get offered a stand pass I'm afraid.

    As for the lack of attendance of the summer action day, just a suggestion, but are these events posts outside of your regions? You might increase your exposure at these shows in they're listed in the national events section B)

    Evening guys and gals

    As some of you MAY have noticed. The SIDC web site is now back online :lol:

    After many teething problems in the last few weeks, I'd like to thank Al our Web Master, Phil, Willie and of course Andy for all assistance and patience with getting things back up and running

    A big thanks goes to my brother as well for spending the time in getting the lastest version of the web site and adding all the components required.

    Now, get your news articles over to me to add to the site. This is YOUR site :P

    4th Anniversary Of Scoobypedia

    Dear SIDC members,

    With the 4th anniversary of Scoobypedia this month, two of which in partnership with the SIDC, we thought it would be a good idea to make a fuss of it in a feature article in our club magazine - TrueGrip. Scoobypedia's knowledge articles are referred to, every day, of every year and viewed millions of times around the world, bringing more visitors to our SIDC.

    To help us orientate a potential article and find out what's been important to our members, please feel free to vote for one or more of the above Scoobypedia articles that you've found useful or inspirational over the years.

    We've selected a number of articles and split them into four basic categories. Each item in the above poll is a 'clicky' to the underlying Scoobypedia article for those that need a refresher. This is a LARGE poll and to participate you'll need to vote for at least one item in each of the four categories. You may vote for more than article in each category, or select the 'no vote' item for those that have no interest in the category.

    Thanks in advance for having your say in our club's knowledge base, let's see what bubbles up to the top :-)

    Please feel free to use this thread to add your story relevant to the articles and/or suggestions for new articles.

    That's me now home :(

    Lovely to meet you Phil, glad you could make the trip out.

    Shame you couldn't make it this time Danuleson, as Phil said, we waited til around 6 and assumed you weren't able to make it. I hope the car problem isn't too serious. See you at the next one I'm sure.

    I had a great night as always, the journey home was certainly different. Sorry I was a driving miss daisy, I didn't know the roads :angry:
