30 mins normaly, can be 50 mins if bank holiday or something,..........and getting behind sunday drivers and they toot you when you overtake them, probably scares the s**t out of them

I've always had comfort cars, 3 & 5 series bmws, i have also now a vw passat tdi too, but i always said i'd get another 5 series, or 200 lexus. i got an impreza when i realised i could afford one, and test drove my mates classic, thought it was nuts, bought me wagon drive it every day and loving it poor vw is sitting in drive all legal but not used

yes !,... it helped me do my fault finding thingy and identify the senser thats fooked

hello mate! i got my96 too and the ecu is in the passenger footwell, take off the trim along the sill and inside, pull back the carpet, you see a plate take that off and you see the ecu, 3 bolts unplug away you go.
your vin plate is also passenger side near the strut in engine bay, this tells you what engine, gear box, shape, colour of trim ect,
and a conversion chart

yes,,,6 day's a week to work.. 200 miles a week....... and then on me day off shopping with missus so out all day really 7 day's a week, 12000 since got it in august 2004.
and yes £40-£50 a week petrol
passat tdi doing nothing and cost £5 a week when i did use it!!

No 2, mate... your car it's almost a legend on here, not one like it anywhere,
i have two cars.... vw passat tdi...i don't use it because of the scooby, even though i'd get 45-60 mpg,
and i have £500 a month mortgage, and various other debts.... but a can't get rid of my scoob. i wouldn't sell it, maybe lock it up safely so i know it's still there when i want it

Hi! mate, might sound silly, but check the jack which is in the left side section in the boot, i had this rattle and all i done was just slightly tighten the jack in the groove where it sits, and also tool bag may of come open, bits fell out!
little things but you never know,
i had a loud thud and knocking the other day, thought the zoorst had come off........it was a rabbit.....don't think he made it

a s**t load of money to keep em going too
but now i have the real thing

cheers for that, it's my first one so i can't compare it. even the bog standard uk model like mine can be pretty scary at times but your quite safe with the 4wd but they are not invincible
