un fortunatly I didnt get hold of it as the guy decided to strip it himself but I am in the process of getting a list off him and maybe several of the parts ! good news is I got the gearbox sitting in my garage, and it will have to do for now until funds arise !

Got an offer on a wagon today T reg uk spec, basically big ends have apparently gone, I am in it for the gearbox, front bumper and maybe swapping the window glass over with mine... the rest will be up for grabs Anyone interested in whats left as a job lot ?

thats right the axles diff and carriers have to be dropped to pull the tank I used chewing gum and a fibreglass patch kit as a roadside emergency, I drove over a big piece of flint just outside a petrol station, luckily they sold a fibreglass repair kit for bodywork... It lasted a year !

its crap... I cant go up some hills in 4th without breaking the speed limit ! but its does 30 in 1st !

I had alittle play with a skyline gtr today, was doing well, until second gear exploded So alondside the blown third gear the car is now almost undriveable:( I would appreciate it is anyone has a spare box for a UK spec lying aroung to give me a shout, I am already scouring Ebay so I am looking for that one tucked away in the back of the garage etc

lol at that !!! I was interviewed for 4 hours with the ITV tonight team in my house, they wanted to hear the good good side of being a car enthusiast and how that ties in with me Owning a video website..... I took them out and about and up to laker road, I was offered the track day racing , but was unable to attend due to work constraints I spent most of the interview talking and showing them around the scooby and each modification, but all of it was edited out, other than the example i gave them of what happens out on the street. Most of the videos from the show were taken from my site and several of them had me in them,( not that you could see) But I will say I cannot be held responsible for the actions of people videoing themselves, its been happening for years ! I was fitting helmet cams and portable dv players to bikes 12 years ago .. I knew it would be turned around and expected it fully, but the video site hits have gone through the roof and that was all i was interested in...
