I found a Tyre guy in Strood that runs a skyline for drifting... he sells and rates Vredestines... I know a few Street sorry Track Drifters and he has been selling them to these guys as the front tyres setup on all the drift cars... he says nothing else seems to stick like these babies... when I said I was looking at toyo t1-r and yoko paradas he laughed...... and I wasnt impressed with the f1's i had on mine the Toyo T1-r's I got were better Vredesteins maybe worth a look and he has convinced me to try them out when i need a change, will try n find out the specific model when i get 5.

Contact top gear ! convince them to put it on the show and get the Stig to take each car round the track ! or maybe fifth gear and or Vroom Vroom as its the sort of thing they would do.... A feature on different stages of impreza modification....

the reverse gear was fine I believe in my spare box.... just 2nd n third gone....if its needed for parts then let me know and i'll drop it over to them but it would like it retained for a rebuild if i need it later

All sounds good and ticks my boxes, perhaps themeing it similar to ace cafe where meets can be held and people can buy food whilst they wait for work to be done on the cars.. problem is you will need a huge unit for all that. The scene up laker road is changing and because of the speed ramps being installed up there, the racing will stop, there is the old Remploy building up there currently on the market for £1.2 million, (yes i thought about it) has catering facilites and plenty of potential workshop space / storage and shop space out the back as well as stacks of parking ... shame the speed ramps may hinder potential customers...

I managed to snap the damn thing the other day, I have turned it off on my apexi controller and it seems fuel consumption has gone thru the roof ! Does anyone have one for my classic or know where I can get a reliable compatible one from ? I had a compatible one with the following markings : MTE-THOMSON AC 424

i was up there last night, they have only put in the speed humps down the bottom section ! Did get my trousers pulled down by a copper tho and got done for me numberplates agen had to be the only drivethru by the police all night

Driving along quite happily on the a249.. when I heard a ticking noise...... put the foot down and bang ! Car carried on driving ok, just wanted to change lanes on hard accelaration, drifted sideways round the Sheppey round about and pulled over. This is the damage to the tyre.. split 3 quarters of the way round... God i love low profile tyres !

I sympathise with the guy....... when I have got the car spinning like this... the ABS goes mental and kinda doesnt work as the brake pedal goes rock hard and doesnt move when you plant it.... i wasted second gear finding out.. so be warned if you play, find a big carpark ! as ya brakes may not work
