    Chew valley was mentioned before but not sure about roads cause of lowered cars - portishead beach might be good but dont want people to get stuck in mud, possiple mendip hills

    For the next meet we will be having a joint event with as many Regions that wish to join us as we will be celebrating our 3rd birthday as an S.I.D.C South West Regional Group. It will be held towards Bristol to allow the Welsh /Devon / Dorset members and anyone else from other regions to join us. We will be holding the sunday lunch meet at:- The Griffin, Bridgeyate, Bristol http://www.pub-explorer.com/gloucs/pub/griffinbridgeyate.htm and then moving on for a photo shoot as well as a presention and an exciting announcement. Convoy meeting points for the Swindon, Welsh, Wiltshire, Devon and Bristol Scoobies are in the South West Region Area of this forum I will be taking payments for Performance Car Action Day, South West Motor Show and Wroughton Classic at this event.

    Thanks rae, can't believe they did that - should have heard me on the phone - spent all my lunch hour trying to sort crap out!

    I just went into automatic pilot, forgot i was on lesson and just splatted - Ed will tell you how bad i am - can hear a scooby at x amount of paces!!!

    BACK TO TOPIC bit of bad news recieved today - bristol council said we had to PAY to have picture infront of mansion house and that the person who said it was ok was only part of catering department and had no right to say we could have 1 picture done - when asked how much it cost they wanted £250 for 1 picture!!!!! Have withdrawn from that idea and are now in emergancy planning stage!
