  1. Hiya, I just got some of these. Any idea what the torque setting for the caliper retaining bolts should be? Thanks

  3. Yup, between 4 & 5 this evening, that was me on the Potters Bar roundabout awaiting recovery (I got a cheeky wave from an Evo driver while I was waiting)!
  4. I thought it smoke too as it was that thick.......my fella and my other mates rekon that it might be the headgasget???? Sounds a bit too terminal. Tha car was wettest around the rad, so fingers crossed its something simple.
  5. Hmmmmm......all running well with the scoob for the last three years until this evening when thick white steam comes pouring from the bonnet. No early warning no nothing. Anyone else with a 53 plate STi had any problems with it dumping its coolant? It's a bit ironic that it should fail this week as it was going in on friday to have the rear shocks replaced under warranty - god am I pleased I took out the extended warranty or what!!
  6. Cheers Kim, thats the first piccie of my scoob on the web!
  7. Its called Donalds, and is in Burghley Road Peterborough. Tel 01733 565788. Thats where I got mine from. Carl and Ged are top blokes there (sales) and the service team are superb. Dunno about the SIDC discount tho.
  8. Probably a sound move - I often work with the cops, and they are all busy after 11pm booking in prisoners after the pubs close. Only four units on in Hertfordshire some nights! You just can't get them when you want them - in fact the bus shelter was smashed in tonight opposite my house and youths came in the drive to try and find rocks etc to throw at it - glad the scoob is out of sight around the back!
  9. No worries! See you tomorrow guys. night night x
  10. Have a date with a BBQ on Sat night! Bit of a bummer really as S mimms is only a few mins away for me, and the drive to sarfend is fun (especially those half roundabouts on the A127!) Next time hey chaps PS No 'e' on the end of my name - I'm an e'less fay , ta!

Getting a carbon lip spoiler delivered hopefully in the next few days (al la Phil's). Should match me carbon mirrors lurverly!
