<< don't admit to anything, does he need video evidence to prosecute you? if his car is not set up for speeding then i don't think he can prove it without doubt, he may be able to do you for a lesser offence, what does the producer say, did he give you a speeding ticket ? >> I didn't admit to that speed, he said he was following me for over a mile at 120mph and there is nothing on the producer apart from one part thet says "reason for stop" and they have put offence but it doesn't say what offence.
